We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our web and mobile applications, and other systems, meet the high standards of our users before they go live. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to validate that new features and fixes function as intended and provide a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases and scenarios across various digital platforms, including desktop browsers and mobile devices, to identify bugs or usability issues.
- Collaborate with the digital product team to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable UAT scripts.
- Document and report defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs. actual results using our project management tools.
- Assist in the maintenance of testing documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes.
- Participate in “bug scrub” meetings and provide feedback from a user’s perspective to help prioritize fixes.
- Manage Salesforce Campaigns to track marketing initiatives, events, and email campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as responses and opportunities
- Build reports and dashboards to analyze campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a passion for digital technology and user experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot inconsistencies or errors that others might miss.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Previous experience with testing tools (such as Jira) or a background in customer support/digital products is a plus but not required.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent command of English and Greek
