Delfi Properties is seeking to recruit a motivated individual for the position of Transactions Administrator who will support our sales team in delivering exceptional service and facilitating seamless property transactions. From client communication to administrative tasks, this role is vital for our sales operations.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and appointments.
Arrange and assist in property viewings between clients and owners.
Keep clients updated on property listings and sales process developments.
Establish relationships with new customers and at the same time maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing properties, and learn about new properties and services as they come in.
Develop networks and cooperate with associates of the Company.
Maintain the Company’s Online Platforms (e.g. CRM, Back-End).
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents.
Assist in preparing sales contracts and documentation such as agreements, deeds, closing statements and lease contracts.
Work closely with the marketing team to actively seek out new business opportunities.
Follow up with clients and third-party service providers to ensure timely transactions.
Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze sales data to optimize strategies.
Any other relevant duty as requested by the Company’s Management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales coordination, real estate, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices is a plus.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Understanding of sales processes.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
