We are inviting a creative Senior Product Designer who knows how to build products from scratch to join our team!

What skills and criteria are important to us right now:
3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Designer in IT, ideally in niches such as Self-development / Wellbeing / AI assistants / Astrology / Esotericism;
Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, InVision, or similar;
Experience designing apps for iOS and Android from scratch, with an understanding of design guidelines and standards (e.g., Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS);
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, behavior pattern analysis, and creating research artifacts;
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and independently building design systems;
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments using tools like Optimizely, and analyzing results to optimize design and improve conversion rates;
Understanding of key product metrics such as DAU, MAU, and LTV, and the ability to develop strategic product improvement recommendations;
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Big plus if you have:
Experience building pet projects;
Experience working in startups;
Experience with motion design and graphic design, including understanding fundamentals and coordinating with specialists to integrate animations into the product;
Participation in developing product branding and identity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design concept development and prototyping — Create comprehensive UI designs including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that reflect functional requirements;
Testing and optimization — Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior data to continuously improve the design;
Collaboration with the tech team — Work closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of design concepts;
Develop the comprehensive product design for our AI-powered platform;
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to shape the product vision;
Create visual materials for marketing and brand strategies.
