Responsibilities:

• Oversee Maintenance Department projects and manage full project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, execution, reporting, and alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Lead technical decision-making for system design, redesign, and optimization across electrical, mechanical, facility, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Design and dimension energy requirements for telecommunications equipment and Data Centers, while monitoring energy consumption and recommending cost and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee and approve electrical system designs, EAC submissions, and technical documentation including schematics, manuals, and engineering deliverables.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational or technical issues and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
• Supervise external contractors, service providers, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update Maintenance Department procedures, including data room operations and hosting services.
• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and external partners while reporting regularly to the Maintenance Manager on departmental performance and operational matters.
• Stay informed on industry advancements and best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Electrical Engineer’s License and membership or eligibility for membership in ETEK.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of electrical installations in telecommunication stations, telecommunication equipment operation, and Data Centre maintenance and operation will be considered an additional qualification.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MicroStation or AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Candidates who are subject to mandatory military service must have fulfilled their obligations.
