Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Job Description
· Schedule and conduct property viewings.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies toachieve company revenue targets and increase market share.
· Manage day-to-day salesoperations, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,real estate agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
· Utilize CRM systems to track leads and sales progress.
· Manage sales contracts and documentation.
· Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.
· Conduct regular market research to stay informed aboutindustry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on development projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, regulations, and financing.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate management or analytics software is a plus.
