Job Description

An international iGaming company is looking for a Retention Operator to work with existing players in the LATAM market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to inactive player base
  • Communication with players via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email
  • Presentation of bonuses, promotions, and special offers
  • Handling objections and maintaining long-term player engagement
  • Recording all activities in CRM
  • Achieving KPI targets (calls, reactivations, deposits)
  • Collaboration with internal teams and management

 

Requirements:

  • Native-level Spanish or Portuguese (mandatory)
  • English — conversational level (B1–B2) for communication with the manager and internal teams
  • 1+ year of experience in retention, customer success, sales, or account management
  • Experience in iGaming and/or the LATAM market will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
