Job Description

We are looking for a Retention Operator to manage and re-engage existing players through calls, messengers, and email. Your main goal is to increase player activity, retention, and trust across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to inactive and at-risk players
  • Communicate via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email (campaigns, personal messages, follow-ups)
  • Present bonuses, promotions, and personalized offers
  • Handle objections and resolve player concerns
  • Log all interactions in CRM
  • Meet daily KPIs (calls, messages, reactivations, deposits)
  • Collaborate with VIP, marketing, and support teams
  • Provide feedback on database quality and offer performance

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) — required
  • English or Russian — conversational level
  • 1+ year experience in retention, telesales, or customer success
  • Experience in LATAM markets — strong advantage
  • iGaming / betting experience — a plus
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with KPIs
