Job Description
We are looking for a Retention Operator to manage and re-engage existing players through calls, messengers, and email. Your main goal is to increase player activity, retention, and trust across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to inactive and at-risk players
- Communicate via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email (campaigns, personal messages, follow-ups)
- Present bonuses, promotions, and personalized offers
- Handle objections and resolve player concerns
- Log all interactions in CRM
- Meet daily KPIs (calls, messages, reactivations, deposits)
- Collaborate with VIP, marketing, and support teams
- Provide feedback on database quality and offer performance
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) — required
- English or Russian — conversational level
- 1+ year experience in retention, telesales, or customer success
- Experience in LATAM markets — strong advantage
- iGaming / betting experience — a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work with KPIs

Schedule
Full-time, 5/2 (Tuesday–Saturday), aligned with LATAM time zones (UTC-3 to UTC-5), approx. 11:00–20:00 (Argentina time)
