Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels
- Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Retain clients through excellent service and professional communication
- Negotiate effectively and close sales opportunities
- Assist clients with account-related questions and provide ongoing support
- Monitor customer activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Stay informed about financial markets and industry trends
Requirements:
- Fluent English or German language skills
- Previous experience in retention (FX)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of financial markets (FX)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Customer support oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
