Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Retain clients through excellent service and professional communication
  • Negotiate effectively and close sales opportunities
  • Assist clients with account-related questions and provide ongoing support
  • Monitor customer activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about financial markets and industry trends

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent English or German language skills
  • Previous experience in retention (FX)
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets (FX)
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
  • Customer support oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
