About Us: 

We are a leading company in the food industry, employing nigh 500 employees across 4 production units and over 15 stores across Cyprus. We supply everything from high-quality breads and other baked goods, to confectionery, fresh sandwiches, salads and cooked meals among others.

Position Overview: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for the attraction and recruitment process of new team members
  • Analyses the recruitment needs against recruitment budget
  • Utilizes new talent acquisition methods
  • Reviews CVs and applications and reports to relevant department managers
  • Arranges and conducts interviews and assessments in collaboration with department managers
  • Maintains and updates candidate database
  • Drafts and sends job offers and employment contracts
  • Prepares reports and makes suggestions to management
  • Utilizes any funding/subsidy employment schemes
  • Designs and reviews recruitment policies and procedures
  • Manages employer’s accounts in social media and the employer’s branding in terms of HR and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferably within HoReCa
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office, recruitment tools, Linked In and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of GDPR legislation and implementation
  • Professional image, pleasant personality and positive attitude
