On behalf of our client, a well-established and leading organization within the interior solutions sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end projects across Cyprus.

This is a pivotal role for a technically strong and commercially aware professional who can drive execution excellence across multiple sites, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Project Manager – Interior Solutions Projects (Ref. code: 6176/PMIS/ESS/CY)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of projects across multiple locations
• Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications with precision
• Develop, monitor, and adapt project timelines and installation schedules
• Coordinate contractors, site teams, clients, and external partners
• Conduct on-site meetings to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment
• Oversee product deliveries in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams
• Work closely with Sales and Design teams to ensure seamless project flow
• Ensure full completion and quality control prior to final project handover

Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management or site supervision within kitchens, wardrobes, doors, or similar interior solutions
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to resolve on-site challenges effectively
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel/Gantt charts, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and guide execution teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Flexibility to operate across multiple project sites
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Cyprus
