Responsibilities:
– Building and developing strong relationships with game providers key partners of our platform;
– Leading negotiations, including reaching agreements to improve commercial terms and aligning on partnership conditions;
– Managing contract signing and ensuring effective implementation of the agreed terms;
– Providing full-cycle account management handling legal, accounting, technical, and organizational matters;
– Representing the company at industry-specific meetings and international exhibitions;
– Ensuring clear and effective communication between partners and internal teams (integration, sales, marketing).
What we expect from you:
– At least 2 years of experience in a B2B role, preferably in iGaming, IT, or fintech;
– Proven experience in commercial negotiations with senior-level stakeholders;
– Successful track record of managing complex corporate projects;
– Strong command of English and Russian (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written;
– Ability to analyze performance metrics, draw conclusions, and communicate actionable insights to the team or management.
Would be a plus:
– Experience working with game providers or aggregators;
– Knowledge of pricing models such as GGR, RevShare, Flat Fee, etc.;
– Experience handling complex cases involving multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, clients);
– Willingness to travel and attend international industry events.
