Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair client’s IT products
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
Provide guidance and technical support to clients in person or remotely (via phone or TeamViewer) regarding their hardware/software problems or needs
Maintain your work in an organized and professional manner
Able to connect printers on the network (for printing and scanning)
Build Custom PCs and Configure them
Keep client’s up to date with their service status
Requirements:
A passion about technology
Strong knowledge of hardware and repairing
Client-oriented service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-driven environment
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work to agreed deadlines
Fluent Greek/English (Written and Verbal)
Driver License
