Job Description:
As an HR Coordinator at Sigma Bakeries, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our employees feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
