Guest Relations Manager

Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at

our Ivi Mare Hotel as the Guest Relations Manager and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests have a positive experience while staying at the hotel.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback through various channels and implement strategies to improve service.
• Provide support to the front desk team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience (e.g., housekeeping, food and beverage).
• Organize and manage special requests and VIP services.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Analyze guest feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a positive relationship with guests.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Guest Relations Manager or a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (both verbal and written). Good knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• EU citizen or eligibility to work within the EU.
