Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRSs, communication with external auditors, tax advisors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, inclusive taxes and other filings
• Communication with the banks and other service providers.
• Supervising and advising on payroll related matters on an ad-hoc basis.
• Managing the implementation of new ERP system, providing guidance and training to the team members.
• Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company for the Accounting Department and ensuring that all departmental staff are up to date.
• Preparing of various management ad-hoc reports.
• Assisting in tax and group restructurings.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary to support the Company’s business needs.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager or any other relevant role.
• Previous experience in a Big Four firm and experience in the FinTech industry will be considered major advantages.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience with CySEC reports will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to manage a team and meet tight deadlines.
