The purpose of the role is to facilitate the VISA application process and handle front office & back-office operations conducted at the respective Visa Application Centers.

This role is a full-time role – 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, 5 days from Monday to Friday. Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension and transition to permanent. Salary 30,000 EUR  gross per year

The areas of responsibility will include:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee all daily activities, including document checks, cash handling, and data entry.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and ensure accuracy in visa applications.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer experience and innovate to improve productivity.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all service level agreements and standard operating procedures.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor staff, ensuring professional growth and succession planning.
  • Error Monitoring: Track and reduce errors to maintain high standards.
  • Support & Escalations: Assist staff and handle customer issues effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work with various support functions to resolve team queries.
  • Value Added Services: Promote and achieve targets for additional services.
  • Security & Productivity: Manage the security and productivity of the VAC.
  • Ethics & Integrity: Maintain high ethical standards and comply with corporate policies.

Requirements:

  • English language is a must
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • A good attention to accuracy and detail
  • A proactive can-do attitude
