Job Description

bet2one is an online casino and sportsbook operating across LATAM markets. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive CRM Manager to support our Head of Operations. This is an operational role: CRM administration, coordinating our managers (including the retention team), and reporting.

 

Work setup:

  • Remote
  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 (Argentina time, ART) — aligned with the retention team
  • Reports to: Head of Operations

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
  • Working level of English
  • Initiative
  • Attention to detail

 

Responsibilities: 

  • CRM system administration
  • Customer database management and administration
  • Coordinating the work of managers (keeping statistics on their calls, comments, and activity)
  • Coordinating notification flows between managers
  • Analyzing client information in Excel and Google Docs
  • Providing reports on the work of managers and on clients
