Purpose of Duty:
Responsible for managing guest orders by providing advice and recommendations on LPM signature dishes and ensuring tables are well-maintained throughout. Clearly communicate the LPM concept (sharing, tomato and lemon, olive oil) to each table.

Product knowledge:
To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages) allowing to attend every guest’s needs and questions
Guest Satisfaction:
To provide the best experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated
Operation Standards:
To perform as per LPM steps and standards of service at all times, ensuring the explain LPM concept to all guests. To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.

To work and collaborate with your team members and other departments towards a shared goal. To encourage and trustful communication, respecting and supporting each other.
Job Role Specifications:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality / F&B industry (min. 1 year)
Previous experience in a similar position (min. 1 year)
Technical Skills:
English – excellent oral and written
Guest relation skills
Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Working attitude
Organizational and time management
Stress management
Familiarity with POS and cash handling
Familiarity with SOPs
Personal / Interpersonal Skills:
