The Nicosia office opened in 1998, we currently have over 320 dynamic employees, and are looking to have more to join our teams across various functions.Role in BriefWe are seeking to recruit an Asset Class Reporting Associate Analyst to join our Private Markets team. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, including data entry, coordination with fund managers, and maintaining our internal database. As you progress in this position, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various aspects of the business and gain deep insights into fund strategies. You’ll be a key member of a dynamic team, providing you with a strong foundation in the industry and the chance to collaborate with different departments across the company.The position available in the Private Markets is that of an Asset Class Reporting Associate Analyst. The new position is diverse, involving tasks such as data entry, liaising with fund managers, and general maintenance of our internal database. As you grow and advance in the role, you will have the chance to engage in different areas and acquire in-depth knowledge of fund strategies. You will become part of an excellent team that offers the essential framework for understanding the business, and you will engage with various departments throughout the company.Insights to the Role:

  • Continuous handling and updating of fund data and other relevant information, integrating it into Albourne’s proprietary database.
  • Liaising with external fund managers and third-party service providers to gather data and ensure its accuracy.
  • Contact person for questions concerning fund data, both internally and externally
  • Work closely with other Albourne teams to generate Albourne-specific reports and uphold internally created indices.

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in English and computer skills
  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent subject area
  • Skilled in teamwork, effective communication, and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrating a keen appetite for learning and an exceptional eye for detail, coupled with robust data entry and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrating initiative and ownership by being proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
