Key Responsibilities
- Organizing, maintaining, and managing documentation.
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing various documents.
- Handling business correspondence in English.
- Working with spreadsheets, reports, and internal administrative processes.
- Liaising with government authorities, banks, and other organizations.
- Occasional travel within the city to handle administrative matters, as well as infrequent business trips to Nicosia or Paphos.
- Monitoring deadlines related to documentation and administrative tasks.
- Assisting the administrative department and management with day-to-day responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Greek is required.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience working with documents and spreadsheets.
- Ability to conduct professional business correspondence in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with numbers.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Employment Conditions
- Position: Administrative Department Assistant.
- Working Hours: Approximately 6–7 hours per day.
- Salary: €1,500–1,600 per month.
- Office-based position.
