Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. For this role, your personal qualities—attention to detail, love for order, and responsibility—are much more important than extensive work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare, review, organize, and track deadlines for corporate and administrative documentation.
- Correspondence & Reporting: Handle business correspondence in English and work with spreadsheets and internal reports.
- External Relations: Liaise with government authorities, banks, and other organizations.
- Mobility: Run occasional city errands and undertake rare business trips to Nicosia or Paphos.
- Support: Assist the administrative department and management with daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Russian and/or Greek is a strong advantage.
- Tech Skills: Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel) with experience in handling data and spreadsheets.
- Driving: Valid driving license and ownership of a car are mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information, and a self-driven approach.
- Target Profile: Ideally suited for candidates aged 20–30 looking to grow in the administrative and corporate sector.
