Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QualityAssurance Health & Safety Manager to oversee and ensure the higheststandards of quality and safety across our 15 outlets. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems,ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a cultureof continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Monitor and analyse quality and safety performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality control and safety professionals.
• Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives.
• Manage budgets and optimize costs related to quality and safety.
• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and operational safety.
• Handle regulatory checks and ensure compliance with authorities’ regulations.
• Create and control all necessary measures for shop cleanliness and hygiene plans.
• Address and manage customer complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of Quality Control, Health & Safety, or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and health & safety regulations.
• Accredited certifications such as ISO or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead teams by example, with a hands-on approach.
• Humble, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Relevant degree or certification in quality management, health & safety, or a related field is a plus.
