Position: Hotel Manager

Mayfair Hotel & Gardens is looking for an experienced and committed Hotel Manager to join our team.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
• A degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, property management systems, and other internal software.
• At least 10 years of experience in hotel management, including positions as Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven commitment to delivering top-tier customer service and the ability to build guest rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities: The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. Key duties include:

• Preparing guest satisfaction reports and implementing necessary improvements.
• Leading the recruitment, training, and supervision of hotel staff.
• Ensuring all departments—including maintenance, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, conferences, banqueting, and entertainment—operate efficiently.
• Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Meeting and exceeding hotel budget goals while setting both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
• Reviewing business reports daily and making informed decisions based on the data.
• Planning budgets, setting sales targets, and managing key accounts.
• Developing and executing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Monitoring and analyzing P&L statements, and implementing effective strategies as needed.
• Ensuring exceptional service standards for all guests.
• Resolving guest complaints and addressing operational issues promptly.
• Enforcing strict adherence to operating procedures, policies, SOPs, and service standards.
