
Our client is an international business consultancy providing outsourced Payroll Services to both local and international clients based in Cyprus.
They are looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive person to fill the role of Payroll Officer who will support payroll processing for Cyprus-based employees.
The key responsibilities will include:
Prepare and submit monthly payroll data for Cyprus-based employees, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Collaborate with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Assist in payroll reconciliations, internal audits, and preparation of monthly payroll reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records, ensuring compliance with Cyprus employment laws and data privacy regulations.
Handle payroll-related queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
The successful candidate will have:
1–3 years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a related role within Cyprus.
Good understanding of Cyprus labor law, payroll regulations, and social insurance procedures.
Ability to manage both in-office and off-site responsibilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HR or payroll systems.
Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
