As a Data Steward you will:

• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and derive meaningful insights to support the team’s decision-making and improve data quality.
• Being able to troubleshoot data-related issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, integrity, and security.
• Basic understanding of relevant country-specific regulatory regulations to ensure data governance policies align with these standards.
• Entering data, updating and maintaining the current and future Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) thus ensuring Regulatory Compliance.
• Generating reports and ensuring product lifecycle information is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that tasks and processes are executed according to established regulations and guidelines such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the current Good Manufacturing
• Practices (cGMP) and EU Identification of Medicinal Products (IDMP).
• Monitoring regulations and guidelines related to RIMS, e.g. EU IDMP.

What you will bring:

• Degree in Secretarial studies or Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Junior diplomas in these areas are also accepted.
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of English language.
• Highly Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Previous Experience in pharmaceutical industry and data entry / management in company systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational, multitasking and prioritization skills, good time-task allocation, and ability to meet project deadlines.
