Immigration Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background in immigration law, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration-related matters, including visa applications, residency permits, and citizenship applications.
• Prepare and submit immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes to immigration laws and regulations.
• Assist clients in preparing for interviews with immigration authorities.
• Handle appeals and represent clients in hearings and proceedings related to immigration cases.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to immigration cases.
• Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate client matters.
• Provide corporate clients with support on employment permits and compliance with immigration requirements for foreign employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university.
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in immigration law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek and/or Russian language skills are a strong advantage).
• Strong organizational, research, and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
