Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background in law, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional legal services. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, addressing a wide range of legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters, including immigration, corporate, and contract law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle KYC-related matters, including checks with banks and payment service providers.
• Prepare documents, including questionnaires, applications, forms, letters, powers of attorney, and internal policies and regulations.
• Open accounts with banks and payment service providers.
• Register new companies and maintain existing ones in collaboration with local agents and consultants.
• Conduct research on various legal matters related to day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare corporate documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate registers, and forms for the Registrar.
• Administer company liquidations across various jurisdictions.
• Obtain permits and licenses for the company and its employees.
• Prepare and submit documentation to immigration services.
• Prepare legal actions and represent clients in court for corporate and family law matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university.
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant legal field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (Russian language skills are a plus).
• Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
