As a Data Steward you will:

• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and derive meaningful insights to support the team’s decision-making and improve data quality.
  Being able to troubleshoot data-related issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, integrity, and security.
  Basic understanding of relevant country-specific regulatory regulations to ensure data governance policies align with these standards.
  Entering data, updating and maintaining the current and future Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) thus ensuring Regulatory Compliance.
  Generating reports and ensuring product lifecycle information is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  Ensuring that tasks and processes are executed according to established regulations and guidelines such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the current Good Manufacturing
  Practices (cGMP) and EU Identification of Medicinal Products (IDMP).
  Monitoring regulations and guidelines related to RIMS, e.g. EU IDMP.

What you will bring:

• Degree in Secretarial studies or Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Junior diplomas in these areas are also accepted.
  Excellent oral and written knowledge of English language.
  Highly Competent in Microsoft Office.
  Previous Experience in pharmaceutical industry and data entry / management in company systems is preferred.
  Strong attention to detail.
  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  Organisational, multitasking and prioritization skills, good time-task allocation, and ability to meet project deadlines.
