Your Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries through live chat
Navigate and utilize our internal systems
Communicate effectively with other departments
Distribute customer requests and questions according to our pre-defined processes
What Gives You an Edge?:
Experience in the gambling sector
Familiarity with reactivation tactics
Advanced knowledge of sales tools and techniques
Understanding of key retention metrics (Churn Rate, CRR, LTV, ARPU, etc.)
Proficiency in multiple communication channels (email, push notifications, etc.)
